Couver EvidenceOur product

Your files become a database your AI can ask.

Couver Evidence connects your company files to the AI tools you already use, through MCP or an API. It finds the strongest source, gives a clear answer, and lets you open the evidence behind it.

Inside Couver Evidence

High recall. Exact evidence.

Accuracy is not one technique. Sources keep their structure, answers arrive whole, and every claim opens where it came from.

01Adaptive Parse

On some pages the answer is a picture.

When text alone cannot carry a page, Couver Evidence sends it to a vision model: scans, charts, diagrams, and tables trapped in images. The model reads the whole page in reading order, capturing paragraph text as written and chart labels, axes, and plotted values exactly as shown. Tables stay tables, workbook values keep their ranges, slides keep their shapes, and every piece keeps the coordinate it was found at.

When a vision-extracted figure or scan is carrying the answer, an agent can ask for the source itself and look, instead of trusting a description of it.

What Couver stores

Sankey diagram. Title: Spend by commitment.

Source node FY24 spend, $18.4M. Splits to Compute $8.2M, Storage $4.1M, Network $3.0M, Other $3.1M.

Each centre splits to Committed $11.0M and On-demand $7.4M. Compute contributes $2.9M committed, $5.3M on-demand.

02Spatial Engine

Context travels with the passage.

Every passage carries its full bearings: its document hierarchy, generated document-level context, and exact spatial anchor. Vector payloads stay lean, and the engine hydrates the full source record from its own store before anything is ranked, so relevance is judged on the complete chunk rather than a search-index snippet.

A number on its own can be read wrong. The engine returns the span that answers the question along with the segment around it, so the period it covers, the heading above it, the units, and the footnote stay attached to the value.

03Source Viewer

Open the answer where it came from.

Every result carries an exact locator. The Source Viewer opens the page, slide, workbook range, data row, or image region it came from, highlights the evidence, and keeps the surrounding context visible.

8.2 Adverse events were coded using MedDRA version 26.1 and are reported by preferred term. Events with an onset before the first dose are excluded from the treatment-emergent summary.

8.3 Severity was graded by the site investigator against CTCAE version 5.0. Relatedness to study drug was assessed at the site and was not revised by the sponsor.

9. Stopping rules

9.1 The independent monitoring committee reviews unblinded safety data at the close of each enrolment block, and may recommend suspension of any arm at any point between reviews.

9.2 Enrolment in a dose arm is suspended if four or more participants in that arm record a grade 3 or higher event assessed as related to study drug. Suspension takes effect on notification to the sites and does not require a protocol amendment.

9.3 A suspended arm reopens only on the written recommendation of the committee. Participants already enrolled continue on their assigned schedule unless withdrawn under Section 6.

10. Events by arm

10.1 Counts below are participants with at least one qualifying event, not the number of events recorded. A participant reporting more than one qualifying event is counted once.

10.2 The imbalance in the 100 mg arm is driven by hepatic enzyme elevations, of which nine of eleven resolved without intervention within twenty-eight days.

10.3 No grade 4 or grade 5 event was recorded in any arm during the reporting period.

In a guided engineering evaluation, Couver retrieved sufficient supporting evidence to answer every question correctly.

See it on your data.

Bring a folder of your own documents. We will index it, answer your questions from it, and show you the source behind every line.

Couver EngineeringClient work

Most work arrives as one of three problems.

Couver Evidence is one system. Building it took what most of the work takes: getting data into a state you can rely on, making something intelligent that does a real job, and writing the software people actually operate.

Data engineering and analytics

Nobody trusts the number.

Two reports disagree and no one can say which is right. A pipeline fails quietly and the dashboard keeps rendering. Couver builds the ingestion, the schema, and the reconciliation underneath, so a figure can be traced back to its source and still reproduce when someone re-runs it.

AI systems and agents

This takes a person a week.

Work that eats hours because it runs on reading, judging, and re-typing. Couver builds AI systems and agents that take that work over: they run the process end to end, act inside the tools your team already uses, and leave a record of what they did and why. The last step is showing it works on your cases, not in a demo.

Custom software

The tool we need doesn't exist.

Or it exists and nobody can operate it. Couver builds the application itself: the thing your team opens every day, and the machinery that makes it trustworthy with real work. Data that stays consistent, access that holds, background work that runs whether or not anyone is watching, and the interface someone uses at six in the evening when there is nobody around to help. Websites included, held to the same standard.

interfaceservicesdataintegrations
Applications and internal toolsAPIs and system integrationsAuthentication and access controlPayments and subscriptions

Often it is all three at once. That is a product build, and Couver builds the whole thing.

Bring us the difficult system.

A folder nobody can search. A number nobody trusts. A week of work that should take an hour. Software that does not exist yet. Say what you have and what it needs to do, and we will tell you what the work would take.
